Active in several European markets, the company supports households by coordinating a strong network of plumbers, electricians, heating specialists, locksmiths, and other technicians to guarantee fast, reliable, and high‑quality interventions. Their model is B2B2C: no direct sales to end customers, but strong partnerships and operational excellence supported by an expanding service network.
Job Description As
Partner Account Manager , your main responsibilities will be to:
Take over, manage, and further strengthen an existing network of technical service partners across Belgium
Clean, structure, and optimize the partner ecosystem to ensure high performance and adequate geographical coverage
Energize the network by driving quality KPIs, operational excellence, and business follow‑up
Build strong relationships through frequent field visits and regular touchpoints with partners
Recruit, onboard, and support new partners to reinforce the network's capabilities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution
Monitor operational KPIs: quality, costs, responsiveness, intervention timelines
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives linked to tools, processes, and partner performance
Act as a trusted point of contact for partners, providing guidance and ensuring a high standard of service delivery
Bring commercial drive: 50% farming / 50% hunting, identifying new opportunities and reinforcing existing collaborations
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, trust, and ownership in a role that combines fieldwork, relationship management, and strategic impact
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
Relevant experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or field network development
Fluent in Dutch and French
A commercial mindset with strong persuasion skills
Good technical affinity
Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage your own priorities
Strong at relationship building, partner onboarding, and network animation
Comfortable with KPIs, performance follow-up, and quality monitoring
Highly dynamic, field‑oriented, and motivated to spend much of your time on the road
Entrepreneurial spirit with a high level of trust, ownership, and accountability
