
About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll represent our brand in-store, helping customers find the right connectivity solutions while delivering an outstanding experience.
What You’ll Do
Engage Customers: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best internet, mobile, and TV services
Sell Products: Use your product knowledge to close sales and meet or exceed targets
Solve Problems: Help customers with billing, service, and technical issues
Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest telecom trends, products, and promotions
Be a Team Player: Work closely with your team to deliver great service and share sales tips
Represent the Brand: Maintain professionalism and leave a positive impression on customers
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of retail sales experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and comfort with sales software
Reliable transportation (if required), valid driver’s license, and insurance
Willingness to work weekends and stand for long periods
Preferred Skills
Goal-oriented with a passion for hitting sales targets
Knowledge of telecom or tech products
Comfortable using CRM and POS systems
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
