Automated Logic is looking for a Sr. Sales Executive to join our growing team! About This Role Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned territory or group of accounts of product offerings. Achieve annual sales and gross margin targets.
Develop long‑term relationships and build partnerships with assigned accounts such as owners, contractors, and consulting engineers.
Perform take‑offs and bid projects with the full spectrum of ALC offerings.
Drive specifications towards all ALC offerings with assigned consulting engineers.
Drive a preference for Automated Logic offerings with assigned owner accounts.
Apply technical knowledge and experience to write project specifications and proposals.
Utilize sales tools effectively (CRM, estimating software, etc.) to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunities within accounts.
Generate a high level of activity to feed the sales pipeline and manage opportunities to successfully move them through the sales cycle to close.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal staff to deliver quality results and ensure customer happiness.
Develop relationships and collaborate with other Sales Engineers to improve branch business results.
Act as the customer’s advocate in the interactions.
Attend and present at trade shows.
Participate in professional organizations.
Represent ALC as a leader in local industry associations.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
3+ Years of Sales Experience with HVAC or HVAC Controls.
Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
Expert Technical experience with HVAC Controls.
Ability to value engineer control designs with alternative solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects.
The annual salary for this position is between $98,750–$138,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
