Job Title: Account Manager – Japanese Bilingual
Client: Japanese IT company
Working Location: Plano, Texas, United States
Working style: Hybrid

Salary: 80K to 100K per year (DOE)

Working Hours: 9-5PM
Language: Japanese & English (Bilingual)
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key client accounts, focusing on long-term customer relationships
Lead business development activities for IT services with Japanese and non-Japanese clients
Build proposals for major projects and align solutions based on customer needs
Coordinate internal and external meetings with stakeholders
Maintain strong relationships with key client personnel and executive leadership
Understand customer requirements and proactively propose services and solutions
Act as the primary communication bridge between customers and internal teams
Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction
Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from relationship building through delivery
Manage vendors and partners for joint service delivery
Support technical team expansion initiatives at client locations
Expand existing accounts through active engagement and account farming activities

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Bilingual in Japanese and English with strong English communication skills
3+ years of experience in IT account management and business development
Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Experience using collaboration tools such as chat, email, and video conferencing
