R1932**The Position:**The Miele Sales Consultant position is responsible for providing all Miele clientele with the highest standards of customer service. Using detailed product knowledge and strong customer relationships built with your clientele, you will be providing product solutions and offerings to guide customers on their Miele purchases.
Located at our Claremont location, this position will be suited to someone who loves working with people, customers and being part of a premium retail brand.
This will be a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The Centre trades Monday to Saturday.
**Responsibilities:*** Consult with customers to provide product information, demonstrations, quotations and follow ups, through to closure of sales* Ensure showroom and equipment are clean and in line with Miele display standards* Support the in house Culinary Team with the coordination of cooking classes* Continually learn and improve on product knowledge in order to offer best solutions to customers* Assist with telephone enquires and general administration duties* Assist with trading nights, product training sessions and showroom events* Active participation in the customer engagement framework* Achieve and exceed team based targets & KPIs* Actively demonstrating and supporting the Miele Values in everyday work**About You:**
As the successful candidate you will have:* Experience delivering world class customer service standards with a consultative approach* High-end hospitality experience is advantageous, to support a leading manufacturer of high-end cooking appliances* Ability to work and succeed in a team environment* Ability to resolve customer enquiries and potential conflicts in a professional manner* Can thrive in fast paced, high pressure situations* Adaptable and ability to think quickly on your feet to provide solutions to customers* Possess excellent communication skills* Intermediate knowledge of systems including MS Excel and CRM software* Desire to continually learn and improve on product knowledge in order to advise our customers* Availability to work on a rotating roster, between Mon-Sat, during the business hours of 9:00am-5:00pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
