Summary:

This is a full-time exempt position. Responsibilities include service and claim resolution, HR assistance, benefits administration support, implementation and contract review, communications, compliance expertise, and vendor accountability for performance standards. Review renewals, submit RFP. Along with Client Management staff, Account Executive has documentation responsibilities to include maintaining Salesforce service cases, updating checklists and client files, and communicating to clients regularly on outstanding issues. This is a client facing role.

This position is open to fully remote candidates located in ET time zone . Individuals located near the Charlotte, NC office will be expected to work in a hybrid capacity.

Principal Accountabilities: Essential Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Vendor Liaison for clients

Responsible for maintaining outstanding checklists and renewal timelines

Problem-resolution for ongoing or escalated issues

Responsible for negotiating with vendors to provide competitive Provide contract review, comparisons and recommendations for renewals by established deadlines

Proactive customer service and HR support

Maintain internal files and databases with all client data

Implementation and compliance support

Proficient in completing fully insured NFP renewal package

Assist and organize the onboarding process for all new business cases and new business lines on designated accounts

Experienced in Voluntary Benefits, Work Site Products and Enrollment/Eligibility Options for Clients to include Benefits Administration Systems

Proficient in carrier alternatives, products and systems

Attendance in NFP-Sponsored events

Desired Skills:

Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal communication skills

Advanced MS Office skills, to include excel, word, power point

Strong client development and relationship building skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

Strong aptitude for organization and prioritization

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in duties and responsibilities

Desired Qualifications:

5 years’ experience in Employee Benefits

Bachelor Degree preferred.

Licensing/Certifications:

Health & Life Insurance License

The base salary range for this position is $56,000 to $115,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
