Territory Business Development Executive - Outside Sales Representative & Account Manager

What You’ll Do:
Knocking on doors, meeting decision-makers, and earning their trust.
Prospect, qualify, present, and close in a long term relationship based sales environment.
Build a pipeline, nurture relationships, and turn prospects into loyal clients.
Represent ServiceFirst Restoration, one of SoCal’s most trusted names in water, mold and fire restoration and construction.
What We Offer:
Base Salary:
$70K–$80K (DOE)
Commissions:
Target $15K+ first year
Bonus:
Up to $15K+ for exceeding goals
Total Potential:
$100K+ if you have the skills and do the work!

Two weeks of onboarding, then freedom to run your territory without micromanagement

Proven outside sales experience
or
undeniable raw talent with unstoppable energy and charisma.
Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face selling.
Coachable, competitive, and confident.
