Position Summary

The Consignment Support Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of Straumann’s cabinet consignment program for all customers. This position works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies needed to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to RFID or Zimbis cabinet malfunctions. Support the sales force with scheduling and conducting inventory counts within their regions. Handle all order-based transactions for all consignments, including billing usage and replenishments. Manage consignment inventory stock levels, turns, counts, and reconciliation. Work with a continuous improvement mindset to help make suggestions for streamlining cabinet and consignment processes. Support one of our top customers, ClearChoice and all their customer locations with all cabinet and portal needs. Answer phone calls and email tickets within our service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.

May sit for extended periods of time. Utilize dexterity abilities to perform typing, operate a computer and other office equipment, to perform filing, and related job responsibilities and attention to detail competence. Spend significant time reading both on paper and on a computer.

General office environment. Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in a customer support role.

Preferred Qualifications

High proficiency in SAP Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Analytical problem-solving skills Customer Service skills Strong written and oral communication skills Team Player

Salary: $25.00- $27.00/hour. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.
