Lead Superintendent - Englewood, CO
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead Superintendent to oversee and manage large-scale projects in the commercial and infrastructure sectors. If you have a proven track record in delivering complex projects, we want you to be part of a Colorado-based construction firm.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Lead and manage projects across various sectors, including Multifamily, Education (K-12 & Higher Ed) Municipal Infrastructure Water/Wastewater Land Development Bridge and Storm Structures
Oversee the successful execution of large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors and Project Managers
Large Scale commercial and infrastructure project experience ($50mm+)
Demonstrates strong knowledge of commercial and infrastructure construction and exceptional jobsite management skills
Possesses detailed process & application knowledge relating to building codes, budget management, construction practices, project scheduling etc.
Pay and Benefits:
$130K-$160K DOE
Discretionary bonus
