
Client Relations Manager – Orange County Metro
As Client Relations Manager for the OC Metro, you will play a key role in driving high-end and fashion objectives across the market by leading client-focused initiatives and in-store activations. You will inspire teams to adopt a High-End mindset, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the Maison’s positioning within the luxury market.
Job responsibilities Reporting to the Client Director of the West Region, the Client Relations Manager will be based in our Fashion Valley, San Diego market and will drive high-end and VIC business across the OC Metro. This position partners with store leadership to strengthen client retention, recruit high-potential clients, and deliver elevated client experiences. The role leads client-focused initiatives and activations, supports team development, and ensures the consistent execution of high-end strategies, product launches, and merchandising priorities. Additionally, the Client Relations Manager leverages data, market insights, and digital tools to grow long-term client relationships and enhance commercial performance.
Profile As a leader and role model, you will partner closely with Store Leadership, Client Development teams, Client Advisors, and VIC Ambassadors to grow existing client relationships and recruit high-potential clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the Louis Vuitton Promise.
Proactively drive High-End sales through in-person and virtual appointments with VIC and high-potential clients.
Support personalized styling, look books, and tailored client experiences to elevate conversion.
Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and cultural insights to continuously enhance the client experience.
Maintain strong knowledge of local lifestyle, dining, and cultural events to provide elevated recommendations to clients.
Represent the Maison with the highest level of professionalism while hosting clients in-store and externally.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $120,000 - $140,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
