We’re hiring a
Content and Social Lead
to own
organic growth
end-to-end: thought leadership, social channels, newsletter, and video. Your job is to build a
repeatable content engine
that consistently drives awareness, traffic, and signups.
What will you lead?
All Hercules' organic content
Channels:
X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Newsletter, Blog
Content type : thought leadership and product/feature launch content
Scope : strategy, calendar, distribution, and iteration
Contractors pipeline:
hire/manage writers, editors, designers, creators; create briefs; ensure high quality output, ensure we meet deadlines
Video production:
direct vendors for launch videos + testimonial/customer videos (briefs, scripts, review, delivery)
Asset repurposing:
turn every asset into many (threads, clips, posts, email, blog) with quality control
What skills do we expect you to have?
Proven track record growing
organic social
for a product (ideally developer tools, SaaS, or prosumer)
Excellent
writing and editorial judgment
(hooks, clarity, voice, pacing)
Strong
creative direction
for short-form video (scripting, structure, creator guidance)
Ability to build and manage a
content production system
(briefs, QA, workflows, vendor management)
Comfort with
analytics
(what moved, why it moved, and what to do next)
Strong
AI workflows
for ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and performance analysis
