We’re looking for a Brand Coordinator to support the execution and consistency of our brand across campaigns, partnerships, engagement programs, and creative initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing or design career who enjoys being hands‑on, working across teams, and helping great ideas come to life.
What You’ll Do Bring the Brand to Life
Support day‑to‑day execution of brand campaigns across digital, branch, community, and partnership channels
Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure everything is on‑brand and on time
Apply brand standards, templates, and messaging consistently across touchpoints
Handle quick‑turn requests like logo files, templates, and brand updates
Support Creative Execution
Provide light design support using existing templates and brand guidelines
Resize, format, and adapt creative assets for digital, print, branch, and partner use
Review creative materials for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
Organize and maintain shared creative files and asset libraries
Assist with Partnerships & Engagement
Support marketing and creative needs for sponsorships, partnerships, and community programs
Help with co‑branded materials, signage, promotional assets, and partner toolkits
Ensure partner‑facing materials meet brand standards while accommodating co‑branding needs
Keep Projects Moving
Track projects, prioritize tasks, and follow up to keep work moving efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams like design, digital, compliance, and operations
Support content calendars, internal communications, and marketing documentation
Learn, Improve, Optimize
Track basic campaign execution and creative output metrics
Look for opportunities to reuse assets, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency
What You’ll Bring Experience & Education
1–3 years of experience in brand coordination, marketing support, or a junior design role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Experience supporting creative or brand teams is a plus
Familiarity with co‑branded or partnership marketing materials is helpful
Skills
Strong organization and time‑management skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Ability to collaborate across teams and juggle multiple priorities
Comfort working in structured or multi‑approval environments
Tools & Tech
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
Where You'll Work To ensure a strong start, this role begins in‑office for onboarding and hands‑on training. After the introductory period, the position will move to a hybrid schedule based on performance and business needs.
In accordance with California’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected hourly pay range for this role at Rize Federal Credit Union is $25.00–$31.00.
Actual compensation is determined by experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.
As part of the hiring process, candidates who receive a contingent offer will undergo a background investigation, which may include employment verification, credit review, criminal records search, Social Security verification, and government registry checks. Candidates must also meet eligibility requirements to be bonded under a fidelity bond.
