Join Axon and be a Force for Good. At Axon, we're on a mission to Protect Life. We're explorers, pursuing society's most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.

Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you'll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.

Your Impact As a Product Marketing Manager focused on Axon's software portfolio, with initial emphasis on DEMS, AI, and productivity workflows, you will define how high impact software initiatives are positioned, launched, and adopted in market.

You will focus on the highest-impact initiatives, applying disciplined prioritization and scalable GTM frameworks to ensure clarity and consistency across a large and evolving roadmap. You will own execution for assigned launches and initiatives, while enabling Product - and field-led motions for lower-tier releases.

You will work closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Communications partners to bring new capabilities to market, support pipeline growth, and drive meaningful adoption across Axon's software platform, the fastest-growing part of the entire product portfolio.

Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for launches, releases, and campaigns

Enable broader product releases through reusable frameworks and guidance

Create and maintain a focused set of high impact sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battle cards, one pagers, and playbooks.

What You Bring

Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and drive alignment

Analytical mindset with comfort using data to measure and improve outcomes

Alignment with Axon's values: Aim Far, Win Right, Own It, Join Forces, Be Obsessed, Expect Candor
