RGP is seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to bring our brand to life across social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content creation, community engagement, and social execution, owning the day‑to‑day production, publishing, and conversation that builds connection with our audience. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller, trend‑aware creator, and natural community builder who can plan, create, schedule, and engage—turning strategy into compelling, on‑brand content that drives engagement and brand affinity. This is a remote position that will be located in the East/Central region of the US.

Base Pay Range: $68,600 - $86,000.

Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation

What You Will Work On

Conceptualize, write, produce, film, and edit high‑quality social content including short‑form videos, static posts, carousels, and graphics.

Write engaging, platform‑native copy that aligns with brand voice and drives interaction.

Adapt content formats and storytelling styles to platform best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).

Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, authentic way.

Foster a positive, inclusive online community that reflects the brand’s values.

Surface insights, sentiment, and recurring questions from the community back to the marketing team.

Own the day‑to‑day execution of the social content calendar, including scheduling and publishing posts.

Collaborate with marketing, brand, and campaign teams to plan content that supports launches, events, and key moments.

Ensure consistent cadence and always‑on presence across priority platforms.

Stay ahead of emerging social trends, platform updates, formats, and cultural moments.

Translate relevant trends, memes, and audio into on‑brand content opportunities.

Recommend new content ideas and formats to keep channels fresh and engaging.

Monitor social performance using platform analytics and scheduling tools.

Track engagement, reach, views, and follower growth to inform content optimization.

Continuously test, learn, and refine content based on performance insights.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.

Maintain a consistent and high‑quality look and feel across all social channels.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.

3+ years of experience in social media content creation, community management, or a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio of social work.

Proven ability to create and write engaging short‑form video and visual content for social platforms.

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, including platform‑specific best practices.

Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience with on‑camera content, live social coverage, or event capture.

Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), Figma and Sprout.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong aesthetic sensibility and storytelling instincts.
