Responsibilities

Partner with Corporate Marketing Manager, CMO, and Creative Director to align messaging and branding efforts across all channels and ensure consistency with the Club's brand identity. Strategize and nurture a compelling brand narrative/voice that resonates with all target demographics across social media, website, member app, digital signage, and other communications channels. Partner with and be an extension of the Southworth Corporate Marketing team to assist with all communication for the Club across multiple platforms (social media, internal email, member website, Club mobile app, push notifications, digital signage, etc.). Serve as the primary onsite Club contact to the corporate marketing team and act as project manager for the execution of Member materials and onsite collateral, including menus and event materials. Attend weekly Marketing team calls and other relevant meetings. Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Manager, Content Creator, and Digital Director on the management of owned channels – website, member app, email, and social – auditing user experience frequently to ensure optimization. Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Manager and Assist GM/Membership Director on all prospect-facing marketing – emails, direct mail, sales materials, etc. Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and Director of Catering and Events in the outbound marketing of weddings and events at Renaissance. Partner with Director of Catering and Events to obtain weddings and events content (video/photography) from brides and event clients to be utilized for marketing of weddings and events. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to optimize strategies and tactics. Requirements

Private club and/or hospitality background preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation, preferably in hospitality, outdoor, golf, or sports industry with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Exceptional videography and photography skills, including proficiency with GoPro cameras and mobile editing apps. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.). Strong storytelling, copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills. Social media management experience, with familiarity in brand voice engagement. Experience with Loomly or other management programs a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, Monday, MailChimp, etc.). Preferred
