POSITION DETAILS The Communications Broadcast and Multimedia Production Coordinator will report to the Vice President for Communication and Marketing, or his/her designee.

The Communications Broadcast and Multimedia Production Coordinator Campus Specific Duties:

Creates engaging content using various media types, including video, photography, audio, and web technologies to communicate key messages aligned with the College’s marketing goals.

Coordinates all stages of content creation, including pre-production, production, and post-production.

Creates and implements comprehensive social media strategies across KCC social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitors the College’s social media profiles, responding promptly to comments and messages.

Executes paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

Utilizes analytic tools to track performance metrics, analyze audience engagement, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Media Production).

Experience in multimedia production, including video, audio, and graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with social media platforms.

Supports the creation and maintenance of multimedia communications.

Collaborates with internal and external personnel to develop multimedia concepts to communicate key messages.

Creates content utilizing one or more types of media (e.g., photography, video, audio, and web technologies).

Coordinates pre-production, production and post-production activities.

Designs, edits, and uploads content to internal and external sites and programs.

Maintains archives, materials, and project documentation.

Performs related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $72,236- $77,269
