How You’ll Shine
Converting all vacation getawayguestto tour our property.
Ticket sales to all guest types andensuringaccurateaccount of ticket sales to monies collected.
Processing all guests,identifyingqualifications, gifts to bereceivedandaccuratedirections to hotels.
Scheduling tour times for guests according to allocations.
Superb customer service.
Positive and upbeat attitude to ensuregreatwork environment.
Enteringguest information into CRS.
Any other duties as requested by management.
What You’ll Bring
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
High School or Equivalent required, College Degree preferred
Must be Positive, Upbeat and Professionalat all times
General knowledge of smart devices
