JR14103# **Southeast. Always the right career direction.**## **Job Description Summary**The Enrollment Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Admissions and Enrollment Management team. The position reports to the Associate Dean of Student Services and works closely with the Assistant Dean for Student Recruitment, Admissions, and Affairs. The Specialist is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous improvement of enrollment marketing and communication strategies designed to increase prospect engagement, strengthen inquiry-to-application conversion, and support ACOM’s enrollment goals.
This role serves as the primary liaison between the Admissions Office and the Marketing and Communications team to ensure enrollment marketing efforts are strategic, data-informed, and aligned with ACOM’s mission, vision, values, and brand. Responsibilities include managing multi-channel campaigns, administering the Element451 customer relationship management (CRM) and chatbot systems, enhancing applicant communications, and supporting a high-quality applicant experience from initial inquiry through matriculation.## **Job Description****Duties and Responsibilities:** The Enrollment Marketing Specialist reports to the Associate Dean of Student Services and has responsibility for, but is not limited to, the following:* Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven enrollment marketing strategies aligned with annual recruitment and enrollment goals.* Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS, social media, digital advertising, and web content.* Administer and continuously refine the Element451 CRM, including automation workflows, segmentation, reporting, and analytics.* Manage and optimize chatbot agents within Element451 to support consistent, responsive, and 24-hour engagement with prospective applicants.* Lead outbound and inbound communications through email, SMS, telephone outreach, mail, and digital messaging platforms.* Coordinate applicant engagement activities across the recruitment lifecycle, including application communications and interview scheduling.* Partner with the Admissions team to support and manage the interview process.* Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all enrollment communications.* Create, edit, and maintain digital content including landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.* Track, analyze, and report key enrollment marketing and recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.* Develop and maintain recruitment materials with marketing across digital, print, video, and promotional platforms.* Support social media strategies focused on prospective student engagement and recruitment outreach.* Maintain awareness of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and enrollment management.* Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Dean of Student Services.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.* Ability to interpret and apply regulatory, compliance, and accreditation requirements related to enrollment and communications.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform recruitment and marketing strategies.* Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing and CRM systems.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to changing institutional needs.**Qualifications:*** **Required:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
+ Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing, enrollment management, CRM administration, or a related field.
+ Strong copywriting, editing, and content development skills.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in data management and technology-based systems.
+ Effective written and oral presentation skills.
+ Ability to travel as needed.
+ Ability to lift more than 25 pounds.* **Preferred:**
+ CRM, marketing, digital marketing, and or project management certifications.
