Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective clients, highlighting features, performance, and innovative technology

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers and returning clients

Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to delivery

Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options professionally and transparently

Stay current with advancements in vehicle technology, safety systems, innovations, and digital sales tools

Deliver a luxury-level customer experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand

What We’re Looking For

Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with technology and adaptable to ongoing technological advancements

Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships

Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate
