Responsibilities
Manages the preparation and execution of Burns & McDonnell's California marketing efforts in relation to internal and external communications, events, business plan, business development plans and proposals
Position will start with four direct reports, and it is expected to grow the team
Provides strategic direction to assigned business unit by managing the marketing plan for each client/project
Manages the preparation of the business plans for each market sector
Manages the client research and business analysis process
Manages ongoing strategic planning for the business unit to keep marketing efforts focused
Presents at marketing support staff meetings
Acts as liaison for internal communication of firm-wide marketing news and developments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
8 years (15 plus preferred) as an A/E professional, in marketing with a professional services firm required
Superior technical writing abilities
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
