We’re looking for team members who:

Build systems and processes from the ground up and improve them continuously as we scale.

Move quickly, learn fast, and adapt with resilience, especially in a high‑growth, high‑impact environment.

Are mission‑driven and motivated to leave their mark on an organization working to reverse the addiction crisis.

The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary designer who combines strong graphic design fundamentals with proficiency in video editing and data visualization. Support the development of presentations, one‑pagers, and campaign collateral for internal and external audiences.

Help develop and manage Shatterproof’s YouTube presence, including channel organization, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and SEO best practices.

Manage relationships with freelance photographers and videographers for events, campaigns, and field capture (briefing, shot lists, deliverables, timelines, intake, organization).

Collaborate with internal teams to produce cohesive creative aligned to editorial and campaign calendars.

Maintain and evolve Shatterproof’s brand‑style guide, templates, and design systems.

Collaboration & Strategy

Participate in creative planning sessions to conceptualize visuals that support campaign objectives and audience insights.

Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing creative excellence with timely delivery.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or multimedia content production (nonprofit or agency background preferred).
