Sales and Customer Experience: Driving Sales:
Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales. Customer Experience:
Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer. Connect with customers and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions. Demonstrate product benefits and features. Seek opportunities to make customers' day and leave the world Lusher than we found it. Building the Brand:
Educate customers on our brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in the shop and through community engagement by hosting store events and initiatives to drive traffic. Spread what makes Lush unique and inspire others to join us in making a positive impact. Product Passion:
Continually expand product knowledge with ongoing learning. Stay up-to-date on products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations for each customer. Team Involvement: Development:
Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Take ownership of development, assess performance, and seek feedback, resources, and opportunities to improve. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB):

Follow opening/closing procedures, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.
