The Opportunity This position works onsite out of our

Austin, TX

office supporting the Neuromodulation division. Our Neuromodulation business is an area of expertise for Abbott. This business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. Our Solutions include the ProclaimTM and EternaTM SCS systems, the ProclaimTM DRG Neurostimulator, the only FDA approved DRG therapy and market leading radiofrequency ablation products. These non‑opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum. Our deep brain stimulation technology for progressive diseases help people manage their Parkinson’s disease and essential tremor symptoms, steering away from side effects.

What You’ll Work On

Collaborate with Marketing staff/management, and course directors to ensure course resources such as collateral and products, are shipped and returned as needed.

Maintain an adequate inventory of demo products and marketing collateral, and coordinate ordering and shipping for educational programs.

Oversee approved lab grants and coordinate onsite support and product shipments.

Assist with onsite execution of professional education programs, as needed.

Assist team with post‑event documentation, including but not limited to healthcare provider attendance tracking.

Process healthcare provider incidental invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Provide support for expenses and transparency reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

Prepare status reports by analyzing and compiling data, projections, and relevant information for submission to senior management to ensure pertinent issues, changes, and updates are communicated.

Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.

Maintain positive and cooperative communication and collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors at all levels.

Cultivate a broad internal network and begin to develop an external network of resources to support tasks completion.

Demonstrate basic project management skills by acting as a project lead on small, well‑defined projects.

Influence peers and occasionally first‑level managers to support project or task goals.

Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work to meet established schedules.

Exercise authority and judgment within defined limits to determine appropriate actions.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

2+ years of experience in an administrative, event support, or related role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks

Ability to lead small projects or events involving multiple stakeholders across departments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and support productive relationships through educational strategies

Occasional or regularly scheduled overtime is a requirement of this position

Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekends, to support courses and conferences

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
