Job Description Description:
Participate in marketing-related functions. Issue Boarding Passcards and input data into the system. Enroll qualified players. Issuecomps to qualified players. Be involved in special events/promotions. Effectively and accurately operate assigned equipment, including but not limited to CMS standard computer terminal, embossers, info genesis and scanners. Be involved in ticket sales.
Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement is 21. One-year experience in slot club or customer relations preferred. Have knowledge of a computer keyboard. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Be able to work in a fast paced environment and accurately manage multiple projects. Must be able to obtain a gaming registration.
