RGP is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Content, SEO/SEM & PR Communications Manager to drive digital visibility, brand authority, and market credibility. This role blends high-impact writing, search optimization, paid visibility, and public relations into a single, integrated communications function. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller with deep understanding of earned, owned, and paid media, able to translate strategy into compelling content, media narratives, and search-driven visibility. You will ensure our voice is consistent, credible, and discoverable across channels. This role is remote and requires candidates to be based in the Eastern or Central time zones. Base Pay Range: $90,400 - $113,000. Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation What You Will Work On

Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content including articles, blog posts, bylines, white papers, web copy, and thought leadership. Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives tailored to target audiences. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging pillars, and broader marketing objectives. Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media statements, and executive communications. Develop story angles, media pitches, and contributed content to secure earned media coverage. Support proactive and reactive communications, including crisis or issues management messaging as needed. Build and maintain strong alignment between PR narratives and marketing priorities. Optimize content for organic search through keyword research, on-page SEO (headers, meta tags, internal linking), and performance tracking. Partner with SEM efforts to support paid search campaigns (PPC), including keyword strategy and landing page alignment. Analyze search performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ensure content supports both long-term organic growth and short-term visibility goals. Collaborate with various internal teams to align content, PR, SEO, and SEM efforts. Support editorial calendars and campaign planning across owned, earned, and paid channels. Ensure consistency of messaging across web, media, social, and executive communications. Track and report on key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, media mentions, backlinks, CTR, and engagement. Use insights to refine content strategy, messaging, and distribution approaches. Stay current on SEO, search marketing, and PR trends to continuously improve performance. What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferred. 5+ years of experience in content writing, communications, SEO/SEM, PR, or related roles (agency or in‑house). Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; mastery of AP Style with the ability to adapt tone across audiences and formats. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and working knowledge of paid search (SEM/PPC). Content, SEO/SEM & PR Communications Manager. Strong cross‑functional communication skills and ability to partner effectively with marketing, leadership, and external stakeholders. Experience writing press releases, media pitches, bylines, and executive thought leadership. Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CMS platforms (WordPress), and PR distribution tools. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. What You Can Expect
