Senior UI/UX Designer‑AI Project
LOCATION:
Irvine, CA. Monday through Thursday onsite, Fridays remote.
COMPENSATION:
$50-80. This is a 2-year contract that will convert to full-time.

We are trailblazing a new set of software design processes and a suite of applications for a company with the largest market share in its space. These applications will redefine not only how our company does business, but may fundamentally change how the company is evaluated!
As a
Senior UI/UX Designer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centric design, possesses exceptional creative and technical skills, and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final execution, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.
Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into innovative and user-friendly interface designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on existing designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, establish design guidelines, and ensure design solutions align with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and incorporate relevant insights into design processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within project timelines and constraints.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles.
Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments.
Experience with animation and motion design.
