Job Summary Join Live 5's Emmy-winning creative team as a driving force behind compelling broadcast and digital content and cutting-edge marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Producer, you'll transform strategic vision into engaging video content that captivates audiences, builds brand loyalty, and drives measurable results across broadcast, digital, and social platforms. This is where creative ambition meets technical excellence—a role perfect for storytellers who think visually and produce strategically.

Duties and Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production:

Develop innovative concepts and execute broadcast-quality video content—from high-energy news promotions and branded commercials to station campaigns that resonate with audiences.

Direct and manage complete video production workflows, commanding cinematography, audio engineering, and lighting design to achieve cinematic results.

Create platform-native digital and social media content that drives engagement, amplifies reach, and builds community connection.

Strategic Marketing & Collaboration:

Champion cross-departmental partnerships with news, sales, and programming teams to bring strategic marketing initiatives to life.

Serve as the creative voice representing your station at high-profile public events, building meaningful connections and elevating brand presence.

Additional Duties:

Special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned to support station growth and marketing objectives.

FAA-licensed drone operator a plus.

Qualifications and Requirements

Advanced proficiency in video production and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite).

Technical mastery of audio and lighting principles with a portfolio demonstrating broadcast-quality work.

Exceptional visual design sensibility—a keen eye for composition, color, typography, and layout.

Proven ability to manage complex projects from initial concept through execution.

Portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and original multimedia work.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills; you thrive working with diverse teams.

Comfort operating at pace—managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting aggressive deadlines.

Clean driving record.
