What you’ll do The Senior Marketing Integrated Producer is responsible for managing and facilitating all aspects of Video Production as part of a full-service in-house Creative Services team.

This position reports to the Manager of Project Management and Production in Corporate Marketing and works closely with Video Content Creators, Motion Graphics Designers, Copy/Content Writers, Project Managers, Visual Designers, Creative and Content Leadership, Business Area Marketing Leads, and Marketing Management.

*Note this is a temporary position with an intended duration of 4 months, potential for extension up to 6 months.

The day-to-day

Manage the video production life cycle from concept to completion in partnership with creative teams

Lead, manage, plan, coordinate, and facilitate photo and video shoots, 2D and 3D animation projects, AR/VR and experiential content

Lead and manage aspects of concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resources

Manage creative video project discovery and intake

Be center of accountability both internally and externally for project scope of work and deliverables against creative briefs

Actively track and communicate project status, progress, and issues on a daily basis

Collaborate closely with marketing managers and creative teams to provide structure during creative development

Budget, track, and allocate project and department spending

Work with Marketing Project Managers to facilitate key production meetings with team members and partners

Manage, identify, and work with third‑party production vendors, agencies, and production companies as needed, especially for international productions

Actively share and enforce standard methodologies and company processes

Stay up‑to‑date with who the best global partners are, what their strengths and skillsets are, and maintain positive relations with them. Present best partner options for the project to the creative teams on each project.

Lead weekly production meetings as needed

What you’ll need

Background and/or degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business

Minimum 5 years project management experience in a Marketing/Creative department

A proven aptitude for managing all logistical aspects of a production: scoping the job, budgeting, creating the project plan and calendar, billing and invoice tracking, coordinating meetings and sessions with production and post‑production partners, working closely with Project Management, Legal, Media, PR, Business Affairs, Accounting, Client Services and Marketing as neede

Adapt to lead new ideas, processes and business problems with ease and enthusias

An attention to detail and clear communication that doesn't waver even under pressure

Interest in and experience with various forms of media with a love of good creative

Experience using Project Management Software (Workfront, Monday.com, or equivalent)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage competing priorities

Proficiency in MS Office applications; basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

Background in Live Events Production

Willingness to travel on shoots

Proofreading/copyediting experience

Familiarity with camera equipment

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere, After Effects)

Salary range $76,000.00 - $120,000.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $94,000.00- $141,000.00/ annually.
