Craft compelling, conversion-focused content:
Write high-impact email, landing page, and SMS campaigns for financial advisors, with a focus on educational nurture and promotional sequences tied to defined offers and booking goals. Drive appointment success:
Develop confirmation and reminder communications that effectively reinforce the value of appointments and boost first appointment show rates—without unnecessary hype or artificial urgency. Lead testing and optimization:
Execute structured A/B testing, creating systematic variations of top-performing campaigns to expand testing capacity and enhance overall lifecycle performance. Analyze and refine messaging:
Review key campaign metrics—including engagement, booking, and attendance—to refine messaging and support ongoing performance improvement. Scale with automation:
Write and optimize copy within pre-built automation workflows and campaign sequences, ensuring scalability across 100+ advisors. Partner for excellence:
Collaborate with design, automation, and performance teams to achieve seamless messaging and campaign execution. Maintain integrity and compliance:
Update messaging as needed to meet compliance requirements, while preserving persuasive and effective communication. Document and iterate:
Maintain thorough documentation on campaign frameworks and iterations for ongoing improvement and scalability. Stay ahead in marketing:
Continuously pursue knowledge of industry best practices in direct response and lifecycle marketing, keeping up with trends in performance email. Experience you’ll bring
3+ years of direct response copywriting experience, with proven success driving performance outcomes Strong expertise in performance email marketing as a primary channel Demonstrated ability to improve engagement or conversion metrics by leveraging data-driven insights Hands-on experience writing within marketing automation platforms Solid understanding of buying psychology and follow-through behavior Ability to write persuasively while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards Comfortable working within defined briefs and strategic frameworks, showing strong attention to detail Capacity to efficiently produce high-quality variations of content Results-driven mindset, fueled by performance data Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to collaborative teamwork Bonus Points
Experience writing for financial services or other highly regulated industries Familiarity with compliance-driven marketing environments Proven track record in improving appointment attendance or booked-call show rates Experience collaborating with performance or analytics teams Understanding of CRM-integrated automation workflows Practical experience using AI tools to enhance research and iteration (without overreliance) What you’ll get
