Role Microsoft Dynamics MARKETING Business Analyst

Mandatory skills
Knowledge of D365 Sales, Customer Insights – Data, or Power Automate
Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma)
Relevant Microsoft certification
Responsibilities The Senior Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 Marketing acts as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical implementation teams. This role drives requirements, solution design, process optimization, and adoption of Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys), ensuring the platform delivers measurable business outcomes across campaigns, segmentation, lead management, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys
Lead discovery sessions and translate marketing needs into clear requirements and user stories
Define customer journeys, segmentation logic, consent management, and campaign workflows
Collaborate with architects to design scalable D365 Marketing solutions
Support data modeling, integrations, and compliance (GDPR, CAN SPAM, etc.)
Drive UAT, quality validation, and end to end journey testing
Deliver training, documentation, and change management support
Monitor performance and recommend optimization opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys
Expertise in customer journeys, segmentation, triggers, lead management, and automation
Solid understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, and marketing data models
Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes, and manage stakeholders
Experience in digital marketing, CRM, or MarTech environments
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for the position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate and is between $115,000/year - $130,000/year. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
