PGA Coach
to join our team in providing a premier indoor golf experience. As a coach at our facility, you will leverage state-of-the-art simulator technology to help golfers of all levels improve their game in a high-end, year-round environment.
This is an
Independent Contractor (1099)
position. You will be responsible for providing expert golf instruction while actively contributing to the growth of The Back Nine brand and community.
Experience Required
PGA Professional
status preferred.
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently while cooperating with facility operations.
Commitment to maintaining the safety and integrity of the indoor golf facility.
Essential Responsibilities
Instruction & Management
– Deliver high-quality golf lessons and manage facility use during your designated hours.
Availability
– Maintain general availability during agreed upon hours to manage lessons and respond to inquiries.
Professionalism
– Maintain a professional, clean, and orderly workspace after every session.
Brand Advocacy
– Actively and positively promote The Back Nine brand, its programs, and its reputation within the community and across social media platforms.
Client Relations
– Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from members and guests.
Benefits
Commission-Based Pay
– Coaches receive
70% of all gross golf lesson fees
collected.
Membership Incentives
– Opportunity to earn additional commissions for new membership referrals, as agreed upon in writing.
Streamlined Booking
– All lessons are booked and paid for through the facility's point-of-sale system, with payments remitted to you on a regular biweekly basis.
