As part of our Inside Sales team, you will help support our internal team, providing a premium customer experience. You demonstrate this through responsive ownership, your knowledge of customer needs and by processing orders accurately & efficiently. You make the difference for our customers & internal team on a daily basis!

Provide a consistent customer experience through a thorough knowledge of processes and product lines
Increase your knowledge through training, both vendor supplied and internal
Oversee the entire order process, even cancellations
Pro-actively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns
Seek to fill orders as quickly as possible, evaluating options to ensure customer receive items when needed
Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistent customer attention

Base Salary Range: $43,680 - $74,880
