
The UMB Private Wealth Trust Sales Advisor (PWTSA) is responsible for building and managing client relationships with Private Wealth’s ultra-high net worth Trust market segment.
The PWTSA will grow and service an existing book of clients including many of PWM’s high-profile and more complex client relationships, in particular those requiring complex trust administration.
This role will identify opportunities in the ultra-high net worth market segment to develop centers-of-influence (both internal and external) as resources and develop networks with other lines of business to provide financial solutions for clients. The PWTSA will ensure the delivery of the unparalleled customer experience (TUCE) to our most highly-complex and high-value client’s Trust and Investment Management accounts. Other duties as assigned.You have 10+ years’ experience in wealth management for HNW and UHNW clients, or combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.You possess Leadership Skills.You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.You have good relationship management skills.You demonstrate extensive knowledge of Trust and Bank products and services (i.e., investments, insurance, brokerage, private banking, retirement planning).You have supervisory or team leadership experience.**Supervision/Management**:
