Premier high-end dealership in Suffolk County, NY seeks an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join its leadership team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven automotive professional with proven success managing pre-owned operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee pre-owned inventory, pricing, merchandising, and valuations (vAuto required)
Drive CPO sales, off-lease acquisitions, and manufacturer objectives
Manage reconditioning for fast turnaround
Lead and develop the sales team
Structure and close deals while maximizing CRM opportunities
Requirements
Current retail automotive sales management experience with pre-owned oversight
Strong CSI track record
Luxury, high-line brand experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Professional, customer-focused, and high integrity
