Inside Sales Representative – Custom Apparel & Merch
Adcraft is a family‑owned and operated custom apparel and merchandise company that’s been helping businesses, schools, and organizations nationwide since 1974. We’re in the middle of an exciting expansion into a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art headquarters in Clinton, IA, and we’re looking for motivated, people‑oriented Inside Sales Representatives to help us take our next big leap.

What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs (projects, apparel, budgets, timelines)
Manage a personal account list and guide clients through projects from start to finish
Collaborate with account managers, artists, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
Provide excellent communication and service to build repeat business
Document activities in our CRM to maintain clear, predictable workflows
What We’re Looking For
A positive, outgoing personality — confident leading client conversations
Strong communication skills (phone, email, video, in‑person)
Highly organized with project management abilities
Detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple clients/projects
Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or other client‑facing roles preferred
A “team‑first” attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments
