Vos missions :

Develop and implement a customer plan and tactics to support the product strategy in collaboration with the Veterinary Services Manager, with input from the Swine Global Franchise.

Coordination and implementation of technical strategies related to the company7s swine product range, generating scientific information, defining strategies, and monitoring customer programs.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in alignment with company policy and profitability targets.

Assist in the development, management, and monitoring of product forecasts and customer interaction expense budgets.

Assist in reporting the latest market trends, competition, and product performance, and communicate insights and recommendations to team members.

Implement the use of training materials for the final customer segmenting by user, influencer, KOL, etc.

Create a customer segmentation program and implementation plan.

Utilize CRM tools to drive marketing strategies and tactics to targeted customers (CVM). Implement through the selected customer (based on customer segmentation).

Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, sales forecasts, and CRM updates.

Effectively monitor and measure results and, through specific analysis tools, make appropriate proactive business decisions.

Develop and work with Swine Industry Key Opinion Leaders to validate and optimize brand strategies and tactics; lead and exchange information about customer programs with Ceva Swine Franchise and other Ceva Regions or Countries.

Communicate strategic direction to internal partners to ensure alignment.

Perform Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g. EEO, FDA, OSHA, etc.) and Company policies and procedures. Report violations to management. Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in animal science, Agribusiness, Veterinary Science, or related field; advanced degree or MBA a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, key account management, or technical services in the Swine health or Production industry.

Deep understanding of swine production systems, health challenges, and decision-making structures.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Travel Required:

Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.
