We are seeking a detail-oriented
Customs Entry Writer
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customsclearances, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with customsregulations. You’ll work closely with clients, freight forwarders, and relatedparties to facilitate seamless import operations.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
CustomsClearance Processing : Manage and process customs clearances forimports while strictly following customs regulations and company SOPs.
ImporterSecurity Filing : Ensure timely and accurate Importer Security Filings(ISF) for shipments.
ShipmentTracking : Track and trace shipments to provide clients with updatedinformation.
ClientCommunication : Communicate effectively with clients, freightforwarders, and other stakeholders via email and phone.
Documentation& Archiving : Maintain organized records and ensure properdocumentation is archived.
DataManagement & Reporting : Manage and update client data forreporting and analysis.
Billing& Invoicing : Handle timely billing and invoicing for clients.
AdditionalDuties : Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
Mustbe able to commute to the office; hybrid options may be available.
Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite.
Availabilityto work weekends or night shifts is a plus.
Mustbe fluent in Korean

HighSchool Diploma or GED is required.
