A rapidly growing workforce technology company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for introducing innovative, performance-based talent marketing and candidate engagement solutions to senior HR and business leaders. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys building pipeline from scratch, navigating complex buying cycles, and closing high-value deals. What You’ll Own
Drive net-new revenue through outbound prospecting and strategic account targeting Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through disciplined outreach Lead discovery conversations with HR, Talent, and Executive decision-makers Present tailored solutions that align with workforce hiring and growth initiatives Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles Accurately forecast revenue and manage activity within CRM platforms Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation Consistently exceed revenue and activity targets Ideal Background
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong outbound focus Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or Operations leadership preferred Proven ability to manage longer, consultative sales cycles Strong track record of quota attainment in a new logo environment Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, sales intelligence platforms, virtual demo tools) Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage company What Sets You Apart
