As a Verizon Wireless Small Business Account Manager (SBAM) for Your Wireless, you will be responsible for managing Salesforce, prospecting, and engaging with VZ campaigns daily. Weekly, they lead call blitzes, review performance with leadership, and track sales progress. Monthly, SBAMs should meet sales targets, lead 1:1 meetings with District Managers and provide region-wide updates.

Responsibilities
Introducing small and medium business customers to the latest high tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs.
Interact with our small and medium business customers in the retail store, digitally, and through outbound prospecting.
Demonstrate the value of our products and services by introducing end-to-end technology solutions to energize their businesses.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals.
Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to achieve retail channel success.
Acquire and retain accounts in the small business segment.
Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems for your customers.
Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.
Service the needs of the existing customer base.
Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, manage your pipeline and book of business.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business where you managed a team of people for performance.
1 year or more of outside sales experience.
3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment.
Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire the employees and people around you.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Spanish bilingual is a plus.
Ability to understand, explain, and breakdown behaviors to drive key performance metrics.
Highly proficient with technology including cellular devices, computers, point of sale systems, Microsoft Office suite.
Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.
Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
Ability to travel to various locations in your assigned district as business needs dictate.
Self‑motivated and goal oriented.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the U.S.
