theAssociate Account Manager will provide key support in the growth and success of select professional distribution accounts, acting as a primary day-to-day point of contact both internally and externally for all assigned accounts. They will be responsible for executing the business strategies anddelivering onthe KPIs as set forth by the brand and department, including but not limited to financial sales, expense and profit targets. This individual will work in a collaborative manner across all brand teams and will need to build strong relationships with key personnel in all channel-supporting functions suchasfieldsales,education,marketing,planning,operations, andfinance.

remote (nyc preferred + have the right to work in the US) what you'll do: accounts responsible secondary:saloncentric,cosmoprof, and TJX Companies for primary accounts provideassigned customers with clear and consistent communication of allthingsamika, as the main and primary liaison between customers and the brand. workclosely with the Director of Professional Distribution to ensure that sales budgets and forecasts are achieved for assigned customers. partner with the Director of Professional Distribution to develop and execute business strategies for each customer aimed at increasing sales, customerloyaltyand profitability. manageandmaintainthe strategy and execution of the budget for assigned customers. Ensure effective use and management of allowances that will drive incremental sales and deliver acceptable ROI of the budget. connectwith accounts on a consistent basis to understand business opportunities and challenges and report monthly on accounts’ sales performance, growthmetricsand business opportunities. partner with planning teams to forecast all SKUs, including open stock, promotions, and new product launches, and review during monthly S&OPprocessesto ensure accuracy.
