Description We're on the lookout for a Sales & Education Advisor to join us on a freelance basis to represent our brand in Sephora stores. You’ll engage clients, educate Sephora teams, and drive sales while embodying REFY’s mission of simplifying beauty for our community.
Location requirement:
This role exclusively supports stores in West LA and the South Bay. We are only considering candidates who live in or are able to reliably commute to and work in West LA/South Bay on an ongoing basis. (Please do not apply if you are not available to work these areas.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be part of an innovative, trend-setting beauty brand
Educate & inspire Sephora teams and clients to maximize impact and drive sales
Create exceptional brand experiences for our community
Work in a collaborative and empowering environment
Oversee stock, visual merchandising and operational initiativesSupport in store eventing and large scale trainings
Leveraging relationships with in store teams to achieve daily and hourly sales targets
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Strong Sephora experience and established relationships
highly preferred
Comfortable supporting store events (setup, execution, and on-site management)
Strong communication skills
Minimum 1 year of Sephora training and sales experience
Passion for Clean Beauty
Around 15-20 hours per week, however no hours are guaranteed.
