Role Summary
The Enterprise Key Account Manager - Nuclear is a senior, enterprise-critical individual contributor role responsible for owning and growing Flowserve’s strategic relationship with Westinghouse. This role sits within the Growth organization and is highly critical to Flowserve’s nuclear growth strategy. The incumbent is the single point of accountability for enterprise-level relationship management, long-term account strategy, and value creation across all Flowserve divisions and business units supporting Westinghouse.
This role operates at the principal level, reflecting its broad enterprise impact, strategic complexity, and the requirement for deep industry, commercial, and organizational expertise. The role does not manage people directly but leads through influence across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Project Management.
This role reports into the Vice President of Growth
Responsibilities
Serve as Flowserve’s primary account leader for Westinghouse, building trusted, long-term executive relationships.
Develop, maintain, and execute a long-term (10-year) enterprise account strategy aligned to the Flowserve Nuclear Strategy and Growth objectives.
Drive profitable growth, bookings, specification positioning, and share-of-wallet expansion across nuclear new-build, SMR, and aftermarket opportunities.
Coordinate all Order Acquisition (OA) activities with Division Nuclear Sales, Commercial Operations, and Business Development resources.
Coordinate all Order Fulfillment (OF) activities with Division Operations, Project Management, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
Lead enterprise-level opportunity planning, pipeline management, and forecasting for the Westinghouse account.
Ensure early engagement and specification of Flowserve products across Westinghouse reactor platforms and programs.
Serve as the senior Flowserve interface with Westinghouse leadership, building trusted, long-term executive relationships.
Influence internal prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions in support of nuclear growth objectives.
Act as a key contributor to enterprise nuclear strategy deployment and continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion Flowserve Business System (FBS) disciplines, CRM rigor, and governance across the account.
Scope and Impact Enterprise-wide impact across multiple divisions and business units.
Direct influence on multi-billion-dollar nuclear growth objectives.
High degree of autonomy and decision-making authority within defined enterprise strategies.
Recognized internally as a subject matter leader for nuclear account management and enterprise selling.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Direct experience with AP1000 deployments with the reactor developer, EPC firm, owner/utility, licensing/permitting authority, or other stakeholder
Extensive experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development within complex industrial, energy, or nuclear markets.
Demonstrated success managing global, technically complex customer relationships.
Strong understanding of engineered products, long-cycle projects, and aftermarket services.
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within matrixed, global organizations.
Willingness to travel globally as required.
