Commercial / Agricultural Relationship Manager

to support the Lewiston and Moscow, Idaho markets. This is a rare opportunity to join an energetic and innovative group that supports traditional commercial and industrial lending nationwide. We focus primarily on assisting businesses with various capital expenditure and working capital needs in the production, manufacturing, and service sectors of our footprint.

Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:

Generate and service a wide variety of commercial loans.

Contribute to deposit growth by cross selling and promoting additional banking products.

Aggressively seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.

Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment, loan structuring, credit analysis, critical thinking, and monitoring credit performance.

Build and maintain relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to bring to the table:

Requires a Bachelors degree in banking, finance or other related field and 4+ years credit associated Agricultural lending or 7+ years related Ag experience.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

Working knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis and lending.

Ability to increase loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.

Familiarity of the sales, loan processing and closing processes.

Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Working knowledge of a software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.

This position will be open until filled.
