Panorama Art Corp isan authorized dealer and certified installer for Pella and Marvin products across the New York and New Jersey markets. With 18 years of industry experience, a reputation for excellence, and a deep commitment to architects, contractors, and developers, we deliver window systems that combine design, performance, durability, and compliance, including complex LPC regulatory requirements.

We are growing and seeking a motivated

Business Development/Sales Specialist

with

strong experience

in the window industry and

one of the following manufacturers: Pella, Marvin, Andersen, Sierra Pacific, Lepage, or Kolbe . This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role focused on expanding our presence with contractors, builders, designers, architects, and developers, not homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects, and multi-family developers.

Manage and grow a pipeline of commercial and residential project partners across NY.

Present Panorama Art's product options, technical capabilities, and installation solutions to industry professionals.

Consult with clients to provide the best window solutions for new construction, replacement, and landmark projects.

Develop long-term relationships with architects and design teams to support specifications and project planning.

Collaborate with internal experts to ensure code-compliant, high-quality proposals and submittals.

Attend jobsite meetings, contractor visits, and industry events to promote Panorama Art's products and services.

Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

Qualifications

Previous experience in windows and doors (required).

Strong knowledge of window product types, installation practices, energy efficiency, and materials.

The ideal candidate must have experience selling products from at least one of the following manufacturers: Pella, Marvin, Anderson, Sierra Pacific, LePage, and/or Colby & Colby.

Existing relationships in the construction, architectural, or developer markets are a strong plus.

Proven sales or business development experience in a B2B environment.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, and code compliance requirements.

Professional, self-driven, and comfortable representing a high-quality brand in the field.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel across NY.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, W-2 position.

Highly competitive base salary, with realistic potential earnings of $110,000.00 - $145,000.00+ (with commissions at 5%).
