Sales Manager – GM Dealership Full-Time | Automotive Sales Management.
Estimated Compensation: $80,000 –$130,000 + (Base + Bonuses)

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a team of 6–8 automotive sales professionals
Desk new and used car deals to maximize front-end and back-end gross
Achieve monthly goals: 50 new and 60 used units per month
Coach daily to improve closing rates, PVR, and customer experience
Manage lead follow-up processes in CRM and hold team accountable
Work closely with F&I and inventory management
Ensure high CSI and smooth delivery process for every customer
Enforce dealership policies and compliance with state and OEM standards
What You Bring
3+ years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (GM experience a plus)
Strong desking skills and ability to structure profitable deals
Proven ability to drive volume and gross performance
Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
Familiarity with tools like Tekion, Vauto, Dealertrack
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
