Anne Hedberg, Head of Business Management , and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us at Telia B2B. This is a senior expert role combining analytical strength with empathy for customer needs and a genuine interest in societal impact.

What you’ll do: In this role, you will lead the commercial agenda for the Public Sector segment, ensuring clarity in priorities, alignment across teams and strong performance over time.

You translate market trends, customer insights and data into concrete growth initiatives and improvement actions — always balancing profitability, long-term relationships and societal responsibility.

Success in the public segment is built on teamwork and in this role, you will work closely with Sales, Commercial Management, Product, Customer Base Management, Marketing & GTM and Sales & Sales Excellence, in an environment where collaboration and trust are key.

Key responsibilities:

Own and evolve the segment strategy and commercial roadmap for the Public Sector

Translate customer needs, market insights and regulatory context into clear priorities and growth plans

Steer segment performance across a concise set of KPIs such as revenue, ARPA, churn and funnel, with a long-term perspective

Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities together with Sales and Sales Excellence

Drive alignment with Sales, Sales Excellence, Product, Commercial, Marketing & GTM and Customer Base Management to secure profitable and sustainable customer development

Be accountable for segment performance, development and outlook in Business Reviews

Act as a trusted partner and thought leader internally and externally on Public Sector dynamics and customer needs

You create clarity, structure and momentum — in a segment where trust and reliability are everything.

What will help you thrive in this role: To be successful in this role, we believe you have experience from segment management, business management or commercial steering in complex B2B contexts. We also believe you bring both confidence and humility, structure and curiosity into your work, and can combine analytical skills with commercial decisions.

A university degree in Engineering, Economics or Management (background from management consulting or Public Sector-related environments is valued)

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into clear commercial decisions

Experience from segment management, business management or commercial steering in complex B2B contexts

Comfort leading through influence, collaboration and expertise rather than hierarchy

A structured, inclusive and pragmatic way of working

Fluency in Swedish and English
