Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for driving commercial performance by managing and developing key corporate, group and catering accounts.

Actively identify and secure new business opportunities.

Build strong, long‑term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and brand loyalty.

Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows and familiarisation trips.

Develop local community connections to expand the customer base.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and demand to inform strategy.

Support internal teams to deliver an exceptional guest and client experience.

Ensure compliance with health, safety and hotel policies.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality sales role.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A confident, organised and proactive approach to account management.

Commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth opportunities.

A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider hotel operations.

Must have own car for business travel and client visits.
