This is not a cold-calling sales job. Leads will be screened and qualified. Your efforts are solidly backed by a local business with an excellent reputation and a national franchise system in business for over three decades. In this role you get to be an integral part of making our clients' dreams come true as we remodel their kitchens.
Unlimited income potential is available for motivated individuals. This is a fully commission-based position with no sales Cap.
Role will have a guaranteed salary during introductory/training period.
Work Schedule Work hours are flexible and will require attending limited sales appointments on Saturdays and in the evenings. Must be local to Flagstaff or surrounding areas.
Job Duties
Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided)
Conduct scheduled in-home consultations, making presentations to homeowners
Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow-up, strong desire to win and succeed
Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional
Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams
Computer and smartphone proficient
Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the office
Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions
Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer
Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale
Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed
Collects payments from customers
Communicates necessary information to home office Design Services to enable them to complete the order
Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details
Continues customer contact during the job and monitors all related activities
Job Requirements
Able to work days, some evenings and weekend appointments
Strong negotiating skills
Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic
Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor suitable to working in clients homes
Must have reliable transportation
