Unity Communications is looking for a B2B Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth by selling AT&T mobility solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This is a hunter-focused role where you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing and account development.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

Lead Generation and Prospecting

Actively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits

Meet or exceed weekly prospecting and sales activity targets

Handle client engagement

Understand the communication and mobility needs of business customers

Present tailored solutions that align with their operational goals

Account Development

Develop new accounts and expand existing business relationships

Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction

Handle consultative selling

Identify pain points and business challenges

Overcome objections and position AT&T mobility solutions as value-driven investments

Sales Execution

Manage pipeline and forecast sales through CRM tools

Close deals and drive consistent revenue growth

What You Must Possess

Two to five years of experience in B2B and/or outside sales

Direct experience selling AT&T mobility solutions (highly preferred)

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a performance-driven environment

Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or field-based role

Reliable transportation for in-person sales activities, when required

Strong organizational skills to manage a full sales pipeline
