JOB PURPOSE The Key Account Manager helps drive Erudite Health’s growth by supporting and developing our key pharmacy partners across Belgium. You will work on sales performance, profitability and strong execution both online and in-store, while building your skills in P&L and category management.

RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Key Account Development

Support the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP) with assigned key accounts

Contribute to annual negotiations, preparation of commercial proposals, and follow-up of agreements

Ensure strong omnichannel execution in line with brand strategy

Prepare and participate in Business Reviews (performance tracking, insights, action plans)

2. Revenue & Growth Delivery

Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through:

assortment optimization

activation and promotion plans

in-store visibility and execution

Monitor and analyze sell-in / sell-out trends and performance KPIs

Identify opportunities and build optimization recommendations (pricing, promotions, visibility, availability)

3. Profitability & RGM

Support pricing, promotion planning, ROI evaluation, and profitability tracking.

Capture customer insights and translate them into commercial and innovation recommendations.

PROFILE

EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, or equivalent by experience

WORK EXPERIENCE : 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships/student jobs in sales, trade marketing, category, e-commerce or FMCG/pharma is a plus)

LANGUAGE: fluent in French and Dutch; English is a plus

OTHER: strong analytical mindset and interest in P&L; Basic knowledge of commercial KPIs (sell-in/sell-out, margins, forecasting) ; Strong proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint (any reporting tool is a plus)
